Quality is one of the high priorities of Sarper. To serve this purpose Quality Management System was constructed with a view to constantly improve the policies, processes and procedures for the best performance. The system is integrated with the feedback mechanism that provides information from internal and external sources to make the required adjustments.
Quality Policy of SARPER was prepared in accordance with the general company policies and objectives. All employees are responsible for carrying out the Quality Policy using the philosophy of the guiding principles.
Management and employees at Sarper share efforts in on-going improvement of the quality of products, processes and services. This is an outcome of our corporate policy to stimulate the creativity and initiative of employees, and to raise their awareness of the importance of following the technical operating procedures.
